- You'll receive a reply text that you're checked-in. You may wait in your car until you receive a second text message letting you know your Wax Specialist is ready for you.

While our Guest Service Associates are available to check you in at your reservation, our experts recommend opting for our contactless check-in option instead, which you can easily do from your mobile device before you ever enter the center!

You'll receive a message shortly confirming your check-in. If you don't receive a reply, call the center.
Then, simply wait in your car or outside the center. You'll get a text notification when your Wax Specialist is ready for you.

Prior to your visit, login to your account.
From your account, allow location services, and enable the Self Check-In in your Profile Settings under MyEWC option.
Open the app and simply tap the Check In icon on the home screen to let us know you've arrived for your reservation.

From your mobile device, visit locations.waxcenter.com
On your center listing, locate and tap the Mobile Check-In icon.
When the SMS field opens, add your name and hit send.
You'll receive a quick confirmation message.
If for some reason you don't receive a reply, simply come into the center for your service.
