European Wax Center began as a family-owned business and is now the largest provider of waxing services in the United States. With more than 1,000 locations nationwide, we offer a full suite of waxing services for every body. Since 2004, we've provided our guests with a first-class, consistent waxing experience centering around:

Pathways to Success
The mission of Pathways to Success, our brand-wide philanthropic effort, is to help create smoother pathways by empowering and supporting our associates, guests and communities through two pillars:
(Re)Build and Unlock.
(Re)Build
Under the (Re)Build pillar, we aim to rebuild confidence, lift those in need of a second chance at success and support individuals who have faced adversity. In 2023, we are bringing the (Re)Build pillar to life by joining hands with the National Domestic Violence Hotline to bring attention to this critical topic and offer support, resources and funding to help survivors thrive.
Partnership with the National Domestic Violence Hotline
1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men in the United States have experienced some form of domestic violence. Together with feedback from associates with personal experience with domestic violence, EWC has partnered with the National Domestic Violence Hotline, which is dedicated to providing survivors 24/7 access to life-saving support through their live advocates.
Unlock
Under the Unlock pillar, we seek to open opportunities and careers people love through expert guidance, mentorship and scholarship. One way we’re doing that is by investing in our associates’ development to help them achieve their goals and build a long-lasting career. In 2022, we launched the “Champions in Confidence” EWC associate scholarship in partnership with Beauty Changes Lives that awards two $10,000 scholarships to EWC associates to help them pursue a career in waxing.
Partnership with Beauty Changes Lives
EWC has a history of providing philanthropic support to impactful organizations who align with our values and focus on empowering people. One such organization we have long supported is Beauty Changes Lives, whose mission is to assist beauty professionals through their career journeys.
Our partnership with Beauty Changes Lives has helped deliver a range of scholarships to estheticians and cosmetology students to help further their careers and open pathways to advancement in the industry. These opportunities are available to our associates as well as the broader community.
