Our Experts in Wax scholarship supports individuals outside of our organization who are passionate about pursuing a career in waxing.

In partnership with Beauty Changes Lives, EWC has awarded nearly $200,000 in scholarships since 2018.

Our Training

With our extensive, highly rated training program you don’t need previous experience to join our team of wax experts. You’ll also be trained to use our exclusive Comfort Wax! Made with natural beeswax sourced from Europe, our exclusive Comfort Wax® takes the “ouch” out of waxing, for you and our guests.

What training is available?

Some positions may require existing licensure by state boards, but associates will receive all of the on-the-job training and materials that are necessary to excel in their roles!

What is included in your School Partner Program?

Our School Partner program is free to students and schools. Students will receive access to an eLearning module which consists education related to waxing including: tips for face and body waxing, maintaining wax, proper techniques, and the differences between working at European Wax Center vs owning your own solo-suite.

If I complete the eLearning module within the School Partner Program, do I receive guaranteed employment at an EWC?

Completing the European Wax Center eLearning module within the School Partner Program does not guarantee employment in our centers. The program is not an official training program, as all formal training for associates is managed in-center.

How do I apply for a scholarship?
