New to waxing? You're in the best hands with our wax experts. Here's a quick run-down of what your first experience with us is like.
1. Let Us Know You've Arrived
You can use our convenient self check-in option to let us know you're here. Using our app, you can alert the center of your arrival, then wait in the comfort of your car or safely outside the center. We'll send you a notification when your Wax Specialist is ready to begin.
2. Our Guest Service Associate Checks You In
They can also answer any questions you have about your reservation, promos or product. And if you'd like, they can go ahead and book you for your next wax service.
3. Head to Your Private Suite
One of our licensed Wax Specialists will then show you to your private waxing suite. Depending on your service, you may need to partially disrobe.
4. Cleanse Skin + Apply Wax
5. Post-Wax Aftercare Your Wax Specialist will then apply post-wax product to help soothe your skin, and tell you a little more about our collection of products and how they can extend your wax results.
Your Wax Specialist will cleanse your skin to remove any makeup or lotion, and apply a special pre-wax oil to your skin. Then they’ll apply our signature Comfort Wax and remove it (without using a cloth strip).
5. Post-Wax Aftercare Your Wax Specialist will then apply post-wax product to help soothe your skin, and tell you a little more about our collection of products and how they can extend your wax results.
