Embarking on your first Brazilian wax journey? At European Wax Center, we're dedicated to ensuring your experience is smooth, comfortable, and empowering. Our licensed Wax Specialists are here to guide you every step of the way. Here's what you can anticipate:
1. Let Us Know You've Arrived
Upon arrival, utilize our convenient EWC App for contactless self check-in. This allows you to wait comfortably in your car or outside the center. We'll notify you when your Wax Specialist is ready to begin.
2. Our Guest Service Associate Checks You In
Our Guest Service Associate will confirm your reservation and answer any questions about our services, promotions, or products. They can also assist in booking your next wax service, ensuring you stay on schedule for optimal results.
3. Head to Your Private Suite
You'll be escorted to a private, sanitized waxing suite by your licensed Wax Specialist. Depending on the service, you may need to partially disrobe. Rest assured, your comfort and privacy are our top priorities.
4. Cleanse Skin + Apply Wax
5. Post-Wax Aftercare
Your Wax Specialist will cleanse the area to remove any makeup, oils, or lotions, followed by the application of a pre-wax oil to protect your skin. Then, they'll apply our signature Comfort Wax®, a hard wax designed to adhere to hair, not skin, minimizing discomfort.
5. Post-Wax Aftercare
After the waxing process, a soothing post-wax product will be applied to calm your skin. Your Wax Specialist will also introduce you to our EWC Treat® collection, designed to extend your wax results and maintain smooth skin between appointments.
Additional Tips for First-Time Guests
