When you want to own a European Wax Franchise, becoming a franchisee is a smooth process from start to finish.

Here’s what to expect as you move through your journey:

  • Step 2: Check Financial Requirements

    Before starting the application and inquiry process, check our financial requirements and investment page to discover more about the European Wax Center cost and to ensure you meet the minimum requirements.

  • Step 3: Fill Out Our Inquiry Form

    Once you’ve identified where you want to open your center, fill out our inquiry form to let us know you're interested. This short form helps us learn more about you and connect you with the right franchise development contact.

  • Step 4: Initial Call with Our Franchise Development Team

    If you meet the minimum financial requirements to open a center, our franchise development team will be in touch for a short informational call.

  • Step 5: Review Our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)

    We’ll provide you with our Franchise Disclosure Document so you can take a closer look at our business model, financials, and support systems. This step ensures full transparency and helps you make an informed decision.

  • Step 6: Financial Review and Background Screening

    We’ll walk through your qualifications together. Our goal is to support strong franchisee-candidate alignment and make sure you're ready for the investment and opportunity ahead.

  • Step 7: Virtual Interview with Our Franchise Development Team

    You’ll meet with a member of our franchise development team to dive deeper into the opportunity. This is a chance to ask questions, learn more about our model, and discuss your goals and vision for opening a European Wax Center.

  • Step 8: License Awarded - Welcome to EWC!

    Once we’ve both determined that it’s a great fit, you’ll be awarded your franchise license. From there, our onboarding and training teams will guide you every step of the way as you prepare to open your first center.
