Terms of Sale

These terms of sale (“Terms of Sale”) are provided by EWC Franchisor LLC d/b/a, European Wax Center and our affiliates and subsidiaries, (“EWC,” “we,” “us,” and “our”), and govern your purchase of products and services through any websites that we own and control that link to these Terms of Sale, including www.waxcenter.com and its subdomains (collectively, the “Site”), our mobile applications that link to these Terms of Sale (the “App”), and any online interfaces, features, and services on the Site (together with the Site, the “Service”). Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

(a) Products; Pricing; and Product Availability. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Site. Although we try to make sure all the information on the Service is accurate, there may be some information, such as pricing, availability, or images, that are incomplete or inaccurate. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

(b) Order Acceptance. You can purchase certain products by placing an order via the Site. By placing an order, you are making an agreement to buy the products in your order. An order made via the Site is an offer by you to us, which is not accepted by us until we fulfill the order, and we may reject any orders. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

If any item you ordered is inaccurate, including if pricing is inaccurate, we reserve the right to cancel that order and refund any applicable charges to the payment method used to pay for the item.

(c) Payment Details. All credit card, debit card, and other monetary transactions on or through the Service occur through an online payment processing application that is provided by a third-party payment manager, Shop (“Payment Manager”). If you provide a credit card or debit card to us, we (or our Payment Manager on our behalf) will charge any fees associated with your order, in accordance with these Terms. You represent and warrant that: (a) the credit card or debit card information you provide to EWC (or our Payment Manager) is true, correct, and complete; and (b) that you are the person in whose name the credit card or debit card was issued and/or you are authorized to make a payment with the relevant credit card or debit card; (c) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit/debit card company or bank; and (d) you will pay the charges incurred by you in the amounts posted, including any applicable taxes.

By making payment through the Service, you agree to waive all claims against EWC and its third-party affiliates related to any unauthorized payments outside of EWC’s control, regardless of whether such payments are authorized or unauthorized.

Installment Providers. You may also choose to purchase your products through an installment payment provider, such as Shop Pay. Your purchase may be subject to the terms and conditions set by such installment payment provider. EWC is not a party to any agreement between you and any installment payment providers, and we expressly disclaim all liability with respect to any terms and conditions or agreements with such third parties.

Digital Wallets. We may also accept payments from third-party digital wallet providers such as Google Pay. Payments conducted via such third-party digital wallet providers are subject to the terms and conditions set by such providers and may be updated from time to time, which may impact you. EWC is not a party to any agreement between you and any third-party digital wallet provider, and we expressly disclaim all liability with respect to any terms and conditions or agreements with such third parties. 

(d) Promotional Pricing, Codes, and Products. We may, from time to time and in our sole discretion, offer promotional pricing, codes, or offers that you can use with your orders. Promotional prices apply only to products that are in stock. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, traded, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason. Certain promotional products, such as our Wax Pass, may be purchased via our Site. The details of such promotional products will be made available to you at the time of purchase. Please note that promotional products may expire and cannot be returned. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any promotional code or product.

(e) Order Cancellation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us for any reason, including limitations on the quantity available, eligibility requirements, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. If your order is cancelled after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a credit to your payment method in the amount of the charge. EWC may, at its discretion and as permitted by applicable law, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

(f) Shipping. EWC will arrange for shipment of your order. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon EWC’s transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. EWC is not liable for any delays in shipments. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.

(g) Returns. Except for any products designated as final sale or non-returnable, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in accordance with our Return Policy.

(h) California Residents. In accordance with California Business and Professions Code Section 17538 et al., EWC’s return and refund policy is available here, the legal name under which EWC conducts business is European Wax Center, and EWC’s business address is 5830 Granite Pkwy, Suite 300, Plano, Texas 75024.
