The wipes are great. They help with ingrown hairs and are easy to pack when traveling. However, the time it took to receive my order was unacceptable. It took 2 weeks and 1 day from the day I placed my order until I received it. In a world where consumers can get deliveries in one or two days, over 2 weeks should not be acceptable to your company. I could have ordered it online and gone to my local European Wax Center and picked up my order much faster. The length of time it took to receive my order is the reason I only gave this purchase 3 stars.

It doesnt rlly work well, better off using the slow exfoliator.

The Face & Body Exfoliating Gel should be used on clean, dry skin and not in the shower. Water deactivates the fruit enzymes that power the exfoliation. Apply a thin layer to the skin and allow 30-90 seconds for the fruit enzymes to work their magic. Then, buff it out in a circular motion and rinse with water.
