Brightening Ingrown Hair Wipes

I used to buy these all the time, despite the fact that there are less expensive comparable products, because I think they work well. Recently I was sold these at a store. When I opened the container the seal was broken and there were ripped pads inside indicating they had been previously used. I was told by a manager to come into the store to exchange them and that it was not possible to ship a new one to me. When I brought them to exchange I was told that I couldn’t because I was past a 15 day exchange window that I was never told about. Further I was questioned as if I was trying to fraudulently exchange them. Sadly I doubt I will be buying these again.
