    • Moisturizing is just as important as exfoliation for waxing. If the hair and skin isn't properly hydrated, you run the risk of breaking the hair during removal as opposed to pulling it out by the root. These broken hairs can contribute to ingrown hairs and the service results not lasting as long as they could if the skin and hair was moisturized.

      Formula is different

      When I first got this as a gift, I loved it. It moisturized beautifully and the scent was amazing. I bought another one when I returned for my wax appointment- also great. I just bought my 3rd one and it is obvious they changed the formula. It still smells amazing but it’s not as thick. I am certain of this because with my first two jars the cream would hold its form and with the third jar, the lotion just levels and flattens back out. I wish I would have stocked up and bought more of the original formula.

      best body butter ever

      I just bought my 3rd on today. I love this stuff sooooooo much. I use it all the time. I never leave home without it. It makes my skin smooth all day and i only have to put it on once and that is it. Do to i am biracial i have the very dry elbows and knees and this stuff helps get ride of that. Also a little goes a long way you do not have to put a lot on. I would like for them to make a travel size one due to i travel a lot and i have to scoop out from the big bottle and put it in a smaller one so that i can take it with me on my carry on.

      This is my second purchase of the Shea Body Butter. I was disappointed in the smell. The fact is there was NO SMELL to my second purchase. When I asked the Manager I was told I couldn't return it because it was open. I spent over $100 on products in one day and very disappointed.

      super impressive

      I hardly leave reviews but I had to for this product. Not only does it smell incredible but it dramatically slows hair growth. It’s going on three weeks since shaving my legs and the hair is just now becoming noticeable and still sparse in many areas. crazy
