WAX SPECIALIST


Are you passionate about waxing? We’re looking for talented team players to join our European Wax Center® team of wax specialists. You must be motivated, honest, hardworking and licensed in the state in which you are applying. Experience is great but not necessary as full training will be provided.

CENTER MANAGER

Love to help others look and feel fab? We are currently seeking a sensational Center Manager who is able to execute all of EWC’s policies and procedures, is positive, well-spoken, motivating, organized, detail oriented, hardworking, can multitask and displays leadership qualities. Management experience is a plus!

Wax Specialist Valerie J. celebrates 5+ years with EWC – Miller Place, NY! Plus, she got married in 2020 and is expecting a baby in July! With so much to celebrate, Valerie can’t help but express her appreciation for her EWC team and guests who played a role in making her dreams a reality. Congratulations on so many fantastic milestones, Valerie!   


What do you love about your role? 

I love making people feel more confident about themselves and building trust and relationships with them! I also love that I can work one on one with our guests and be a part of a team. I’m able to help some of the newer waxers by sharing tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years.

Wax Specialist Kim B. celebrates 10-years with EWC – Paramus, NJ! She says the best part of her job at EWC is that it doesn't feel like a job! Kim has built so many unique relationships with her guests over the years that it feels like she's waxing friends all day. Congratulations on this fantastic milestone, Kim! 


How has EWC contributed to your success over the years? 

“Teamwork makes the dream work" is an accurate mantra for our center. I'm grateful for our center team and that my management and franchisees never gave up on me. When I first started at EWC, I was super shy and had a hard time with certain services due to my lack of confidence. Because they didn’t give up on me, I reached a level of confidence that I needed to flourish!

Wax Specialist Elba I. celebrates 10-years with EWC – Caldwell, N.J.! After a leap of faith into a new industry, Elba’s gift for revealing beautiful skin has propelled her to be the center’s most requested Wax Specialist. Her secret? Owning the total experience through listening to her guests’ needs and educating them on a proper skin regimen. Congratulations on this fantastic milestone, Elba!


What do you enjoy most about working for EWC?  

I learn something new, both professionally and personally, every day from my co-workers and guests. What I love most about being a Wax Specialist is making sure each person who leaves my wax suite feels valued and looks forward to their next reservation with us!




VALENTINA K.


One of EWC’s original Wax Specialists, last year Valentina K. celebrated 15 years with EWC! A fiery Aries from Moscow, Russia, Valentina helped pave the way for EWC at our first location in Florida. She has continued to hone her skills and bring joy and confidence to all her guests. Congratulations on a tremendous milestone, Valentina!  


How has EWC (team/management/franchisee) contributed to your success over the years? 

EWC is a great company to start your career. Everyone in EWC has always supported me and my growth, which has made me successful over the years. My co-workers and manager are like family, and I have witnessed many associates move up into other organization roles.

How has EWC contributed to your growth and success?

Working for EWC full-time has allowed me the opportunity to buy a home. I created clear goals, and our management is very supportive in helping us meet them. I also continue to educate myself and our guests on our skincare products to ensure they have an optimal experience. Communication and listening are extremely important when creating a personal environment!
